Career consultations help actors navigate the entertainment industry as a business, and helps actors embrace a comprehensive approach to career development.
Consults are 1 on 1 opportunities to analyze things such as headshots, web presence, marketing materials, and then set goals for the next year.
1. How to get into the entertainment industry and any requirements.
2. Agent-manager discussion and checklist.
3. Review marketing materials, resume, headshots, demo reels, acting profiles, and database.
4. Updating materials for consistent branding from age range to type.
5. Moving markets? What to expect and how to prepare.
6. Training overview. What training is essential for commercials and theatrical performances.
Private, One On One, Video Audition, Self Tape 3-week Zoom Workshop. $150
Week 1: Introduction to each other. You will also receive a scene that will include a description and outline of what Thomas wants to see in the character and choices throughout. You will send a self tape video to Thomas for review and critique.
Week 2: You will meet with Thomas on zoom discuss the scene and choices you made, as well as, lighting and camera angles. Thomas will then redirect you on how to improve your video self tape audition. You will then send another self tape with your improvements for review. This second self tape must be performed as if it was a callback.
Week 3: Thomas will examine your tape with you to access it’s professionalism and give feedback on how to improve.
This workshop will help improve your callbacks and bookings.
